Invitation to the OUIAA Bonenkai 2025!

We’re excited to invite you to our Year-End Party 2025!
Let’s celebrate together on Saturday, December 13th, somewhere in the Kantō region.

This form represents Step 1 of the planning process.
At this stage, we simply want to know who would like to join.

How the Planning Will Work

Step 1 – Registration:

Step 2 – Location & Time Decision:
After collecting registrations, we will work together with all who signed up to decide on a suitable venue and time. We aim to choose a place that can comfortably accommodate everyone.

Step 3 – Final Confirmation:
Once the details are set, we will ask for a final confirmation of your attendance and provide information about any potential costs.

We look forward to celebrating with you and making this a wonderful year-end gathering!

The OUIAA Committee

Osaka University will host the next Handai Wani Café @ Tokyo – “Well-Being Edition” on October 31 (Fri), 18:00–20:00at HANDAI Tokyo Square (Toranomon, Minato-ku).

💡 Theme: How to Spend Money to Enhance Your Well-Being

Through the interactive card game “from Me,” participants will explore how spending, donating, investing, and saving relate to personal happiness and social impact.

Dear Alumni,

Let’s celebrate summer together! The Osaka University International Alumni Association warmly invites you to our Summer Social Night on Saturday, September 6th in Odaiba, Tokyo.

We will gather at 5:00 PM and enjoy dinner at a buffet-style restaurant (estimated cost: 3,280 JPY per person). The exact venue will be announced once registration closes — adding a little surprise to our evening!

After dinner, those who wish can continue the night with drinks or simply relax while taking in the beautiful night views of Tokyo Bay and the Rainbow Bridge .

After registration closes, we will contact all participants with the final venue and details of the day.
